The border moving with the mouse is a really cool touch and I love the music! This reminded me of one of my favorite games ever, Void Stranger! You really hit on something I think more people are wanting when it comes to art styles and presentation.

This is a really cool presentation. It's really short but pretty captivating.

Really good portfolio piece.

this is literally some of the most stylistically striking and unique work I've seen in recent memory.  the writing - for as short as it was - was also really poignant and striking at times! the absolute highlight of this game is the presentation tho. this is one of those rare games I would put into the "any frame could be in a gallery" type of work. The subtle 3d animation. the composition. the color map. this is lovely!!!

The sound design is so clicky and tactile too hehe

great work bean :3333

Amazing work in such a small package!

you've done it again bean!!! the UI is really beautiful, i love the clicks of rotating the meshes around. it reminds me of playing with plastic toys as a child that had similar cranking features. other commenter made me realize that the snake moves too... what a lovely little window.

obviously the 'story' is vague and brief, and you mention having writer's block, but it still left me thinking. the knight's helm and sword being looked at curiously by the fairies(?) make me think of a world that is past its prime and being reclaimed by nature... something ancient and yet receiving new life. there's something sort of mystical and eerie about it that i enjoy.

i really enjoy short games like these. it makes me realize that i conflate length with emotional impact too much. my comment is probably longer than the work itself and yet i know i will think about it for a while.. thank you for sharing ^^

Awww, this was beautiful. The interface looks gorgeous. The snake that crawls on mouse-movement, the flowers that gently sway in the wind, and the manuscript writing. You made the 3D assets work so well with the 2D elements.

And, yes, I had to laught at the last sentence xD

Font is also really nice and the extreme drop shadow works well with in this context. It kinda is eerie. The chromatic keyboard lines really add to this feeling.

Great work, and I’m looking forward to see more of these 3D frames, if you so incline ^^
